"Our Sheltie, Katie, just LOVES going to 4 Paws Pet Resort.  It is very convenient to call Renee and schedule visits.  Katie is treated like royalty when she's a guest.  Upon entering the door they all know her by name and she immediately begins wagging her tail and wanting to leave me for them!  The extra attention that our pet is given is worth a great deal to my family.  Katie gets special "cuddle" time and she's walked and played with the full length of her stay.  As far as health and maintenance, Renee and her staff take the utmost care in grooming Katie before we pick her up.  It is important to note that my dog has never come home with anything creepy or crawly on her, she's been well cared for,  and she has been as happy when we pick her up as she was when we dropped her off.  The facility is clean, well staffed, and it is an extremely secure one.  The staff is very knowledgeable and provides detailed answers to any questions I have for them.    Dr. Felker took care of spaying Katie, on her second visit, and Renee made sure she stayed in phone contact with me, during our vacation, to keep me updated on Katie's progress.  I call that exceptional, caring, service.  I am excited to be able to share comments about 4 Paws Pet Resort, and Katie will be using the "resort"  for years to come.  "I'm what you might call a high maintenance dog.  I don't eat dog food; I require alot of attention; and, I have been known to have suffered stomach ulcers from severe separation anxiety.  In short, I think I am a person and should be treated as such----that's  why I like going to Four Paws Pet Resort!
